Dr. Banker earned a degree in medicine from the University of Chicago. He attended residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in internal medicine. He received cardiovascular training at the Mt SInai Hospital in New York. He has been in practice for over 20 years.

He currently resides in the Pikesville and admits to area hospitals including Sinai hospital.

He is conveniently located in the Greenspring Shopping Center 5-days a week.
